As a qualified Personal Trainer and Chek Holistic Lifestyle Coach, I  support you to identify the missing links which may have previously prevented you from achieving your fitness and health goals. 

All of our service offerings are holistic and incorporate the body, mind and spirit to help you set, commit to and achieve your fitness and well-being goals, whether it is to lose weight, rebuild strength, increase your mobility and core strength or improve your balance and flexibility. 

Our 1:1 and Get Fit With A Friend fitness personal training programs include a complimentary Fitness Assessment and Introductory Session. 

This is where I take the time to get to know you and together we review and assess your current health and fitness as well as your health aspirations.

I explain how our approach enables you to cultivate sustainable health, vitality and wellness by tapping into your inner wisdom and working with the 4 Doctors: Diet, Quiet, Happiness and Movement. 

My programs constantly evolve and adapt to suit you and your fitness levels.
