Group Fitness Program combining core bodywork, stretching, strength building and boxing to increase energy levels and endurance.

Join our fun and challenging Group Fitness and Wellbeing Program where we will combine 3 different training programs that focus on various areas of your body.

Experience a mix of workout approaches to keep each week fun and challenging.

We are passionate about supporting you to improve your fitness and well-being through movement, balance, and strength training as well as mindfulness, to optimise your physical, emotional and mental health.


Each 45 min class will alternate between the following 3 training sessions weekly:


Strength & Conditioning

A full-body functional workout designed to challenge your endurance, build strength and tone your abs, glutes and leg muscles.

Flexibility and Balance

Low-impact and gentle classes designed to increase mobility and balance, whilst building core strength and flexibility.

Boxing Fitness

Fitness boxing classes to build skills and improve hand-eye coordination. Burn calories, in a fun cardio training session whilst getting lean, toned and energised.

Friday mornings 5.30 am - 6.15 am

$20 a class 

Purchase 10 session program to receive a special price of $15 per class

No equipment or prior experience is needed

Boxing Fitness Classes

  • When: Wednesday mornings, 6 AM – 7 AM

  • Where: John Scott Park, Samford

  • Duration: 8-week or 10-week programs

  • Cost: Just $4 per session!

Our Fitness Boxing classes are designed to help you build muscle, improve heart health, and boost your energy levels in a fun, high-energy workout.

Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned pro, our sessions will challenge you with boxing-specific exercises that stretch and strengthen your body while delivering noticeable results.
